DirectShow CLSID checks assume 64bit host

Currently the checks for whether a particular DirectShow CLSID is registered checks the main registry location and the Wow6432Node (32bit registrations on a 64bit host), but doesn't care if the host is 32bit or 64bit.
This means that the 32bit check will always fail on a 64bit host, and it will report that the 64bit CLSID is missing if the 32bit CLSID is missing on a 32bit host.
